The location, two minutes' walk from Gloucester Road tube station, is the major draw of this modern, high-rise hotel. The Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, Natural History, Science and V & A Museums are all within easy reach of the hotel. The bright, airy rooms have a spacious feel and those on the upper floors benefit from great city views.

Our only problem is when checking out. we have specified we wanted to pay with cash, but the first receptionist ignored it and charged the credit card. Luckily when we approach her colleague the situation can be rectified. other than that everything was great. ![]() |

The hotel was very convenient and well cared for. Staff were cheerful and helpful from the reception desk to the concierge and the baggage storage folks. We had a problem with our air conditioning and it was fixed very quickly.
The friend I was travelling with must eat gluten-free and she was particularly gratified to be able to order gluten-free bread for breakfast. ![]() |

We accepted a room "up-sell" at £30 per night to include Breakfasts and other "perks". This was well worth the money. We found the facilities of the hotel more than met expectations and the staff were all so very friendly and helpful. We shall definitely stay here again. Thank you everybody. ![]() |
