The staff were all very friendly. I did have a lot of
problems with my room cards, as I kept getting locked
out of my room which was a bit of a hassle. Bed very
comfortable.  |

The hotel has close proximity to Oxford Street, just around the corner from John Lewis and not far from Liberty. Basic but very clean and the scrambled egg breakfast was delicious! Courteous and helpful staff. |

The room was excellent, but the bathroom rather let it down. The lighting over the mirror was vey poor. The door knob was very close to the edge of the door. Finally the cheap toilet seat was a let down. |
