What stands out about this hotel is that it is “very central to everything” and “so close” to major Tube stops. It is situated “within easy walking distance of Theatreland and Covent Garden”, making this the “perfect” place to stay for a few days in town. A few rooms are “noisy at night” because of the nightclub opposite but they are mostly “excellent” with “clean and very comfortable” interiors. Although it is a “little expensive” for drinks in the bar and breakfast “is not included in the price”, the service is “first class” with “polite and good-humoured” staff.

A lovely hotel and well-located - all good. But, over the years I have been going there, I have noticed a slight demise. No wifi in rooms, aircon is uncontrollable and my bill on checking out has been wrong on more than one occasion - I don't use the minibar. Its not a problem as it always gets sorted out, but..... Apart from these small gripes, I would recommend it.  |

The hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly
making our stay an excellent one.
The only gripe I have is that of charging for the
Internet, which worked intermittently .

Friendly helpfull staff, very good bedroom and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. The only negative was that the hairdryer was really not very good and given that we had paid extra for a deluxe room, I would have expected something better. |

Staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and it has always lived up to it's great standards. Very central for Covent Garden and not too far from Soho if you like a brisk walk. |
