What stands out about this hotel is that it is “very central to everything” and “so close” to major Tube stops. It is situated “within easy walking distance of Theatreland and Covent Garden”, making this the “perfect” place to stay for a few days in town. A few rooms are “noisy at night” because of the nightclub opposite but they are mostly “excellent” with “clean and very comfortable” interiors. Although it is a “little expensive” for drinks in the bar and breakfast “is not included in the price”, the service is “first class” with “polite and good-humoured” staff.

Lovely hotel, rooms overlooking the street are noisy

all hours including 4 and 5 in the morning...try to get

Great location for theatreland, Covent Garden etc. Friendly and helpful staff too.
Parking, as always, is an issue but there is an NCP just a minute or so away. The downside is the cost, at Ł36 for 24 hours or Ł26.00 for just a few hours.

Our stay at the Kingsway Hall Hotel was on the whole good. The location is perfect for all central site seeing.
The only thing I have to comment on is the noise from the street. We were wakened every morning at 4am with bottles being loaded onto lorries. This kept happening every 2 hours. If a room at the back of the hotel is quieter then certainly I would request that again in the future. |
