The restaurant, W5 Grill & Bar, serves sizzling grill dishes and cocktails, which can be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace, while an extensive breakfast buffet is also available. Business guests are also catered for with a boardroom, meeting rooms, and a ballroom that accommodates up to 300 guests theatre style. Located in the heart of west London, the hotel is nearby to Heathrow Airport, Westfield Shopping Centre and Wembley Stadium, as well as many transport links to central London.

A "calm", "clean", out-of-town option, the Ramada Ealing offers its guests "nice and tidy" rooms with internet access, "friendly", "polite" and "helpful" staff, and breakfasts that are "copious"! Close to the underground but "quite far away from the major tourist attractions" the main draw here was the "relaxing" ambience - "“it was nice at the end of a long day to sit in the bar with its starlit roof and big leather comfy chairs and relax and be able to have a drink and not worry about getting home and driving”.

Had problem with the room tempreture it was ressolved so quickly, I did not come accross one member of staff that didnt want to help.

The hotel was in the throws of refurbishment when we stayed, however, we were in one of the newly refurbished rooms, it was beautiful, very comfortable, exceptionally clean. It was furnished to a very high standard and a bonus of a wonderful walk in shower. Every member of staff we met were extremelly friendly, courtious and very helpful. Would certainly recommend to anyone. |

During leaner times when there are fewer guests in the hotel,it might be less wasteful to cook breakfasts to order as required rather than a full buffet. We found the buffet food rather stale, having been kept warm for some time, bacon etc dry and hard and the quantity far exceeded guest requirements, The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel. I will use the venue again. |

The twin rooms on the internet looked a lot larger than the one we were given. Although attemps were made to fnd a better room it failed. Location was perfect for what we required and the staff did try to be helpful. But a room more upmarket would have been more pleasing |

Reception staff and bar staff really helpful. Rooms are
pretty small but very clean and well equipped.
Excellent breakfast selection.
Not so impressed with the service during our evening
meal. Service was very slow despite the restaurant
being almost empty. Also challenged by the staff
because I would not pay the service charge that was
automatically added to the bill! |
