The details were appreciated by guests at the Ramada Jarvis, who “really liked the extra long duvets”, “particularly liked the flatscreen TVs” and were “impressed with the complimentary water bottles”. The biggest complaints were with the check-in, which “took too long” and the staff were "slow and not overly helpful or apologetic”.

The staff was all very nice but I was not impressed with the bathroom or the fact that the room was cold and I could not alter the thermostatic setting. |
