There were very few complaints about the Millennium Hotel Gloucester, and many of those we did receive were a little… picky: “There was no quilt cover on the bed. Just a blanket and sheets. It really took away the look of the room.” or “Toast awful. Why can't hotels get some decent whole grain bread?” and “no hot chocolate or biscuits". More serious were issues with heating, with several complaints that rooms were “too cold”. On the whole, though, this hotel was “fab”: “we like this hotel very much, good size rooms and good beds, and the underground just a few steps away”, “A very clean and comfortable hotel, that was ideally located. The food was good and staff were extremely helpful”, “very organised… and very clean and modern".
