Good hotel for the money, our room had 4 beds in so would have been great value for a family. Bathroom small but clean with nice hot water. Room was a little dated but perfectly clean and adequate. Breakfast had a good selection and staff were friendly  |

For a cheap budget hotel: amazing location, good food and very clean. I would deffinately recommend this hotel and will be staying in it for many more of my London visits. Plenty of food outlets around as well as shops. BRILLIANT! |

On arrival the room was very small. It had squeaky uneven floorboards. There are signs of damp above the window and running along the wall to the left. Some facelifting of the room would not go amiss. The TV had very limited channels and you had no remote control which meant you had to get up and change channels! On the last night it rained....the outside gutter is broken and therefore you could hear the water pouring out all night. The bathroom sink had a leaking tap & there are signs of mildrew along the bathroom. The stairs leading up to the room are very uneven and therefore the lift is the best option. The breakfast was to an acceptable standard and evening meals although not to a hotel standard does hava a bar which provides good food for the money you pay as well as valued drinks. The staff were found to be very pleasant & helpful throughout. The building is well located with Marble Arch 10-15 mins walking & 15 mins further and you are at Oxford Circus. However due to the accomodation and the price of the room I would not recommend the hotel. Sorry!! :( |
