“The hotel was conveniently situated for all major sites” and the location “near Westminster, Waterloo” was appreciated by many guests who stayed here. “Lovely, light and airy” rooms offer “excellent all round value that exceeded our expectations”. While some rooms have a “fantastic view over river” others have a “view over the railway tracks (and the dustbins...) [which] wasn't so spectacular!” Overall though, “staff were excellent” and guests highlighted instances where they went the extra mile, an example being “complimentary fruit juice upon check-out was a nice touch”.

Very nice hotel, however overpriced. Convenient
location for us but the breakfast was cold & bland & the
second bed could not be slept in for more than one
night as it was very uncomfortable. We ordered room
service for new years eves night for the four of us &
whilst the food was delivered prompt & hot, the drinks
were said to be brought up straight away. After waiting
15 minutes we decided to eat & the drinks still hadnt
arrived. On question to the reception the waiter
admitted to forgeting about our drinks but said he
would deliver immediately. Too late our food was
gone.  |

Hotel very comfortable. They are very friendly and kept the bags to the departure of our flight at no additional cost. The rooms have great views and are very well equipped. The small kitchen with microwave used to cover the essentials and the ice machine allows fresh water available at all times. Best of all is its central location and easy access to Waterloo station that allows you to move anywhere in the city. Fully recommended. Thanks to all the staff. |
