I had a wonderful stay at this hotel
a pitty that the cost has increased way beyond the inflation and a night there has become prohibitive.
next time I will look for other alternatives in central London.

I was concerned that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Additionally, I was perturbed on arrival that I was unable to access my room for 40 minutes due to a problem with the lock which necessitated maintenance having to replace the lock mechanism in order for the keycard to work. |
