The “excellent London location” right on Leicester Square is the chief attraction of a stay at the Radisson Edwardian. “Friendly informative staff” and a “superb breakfast” also helped to make this “over all a very good hotel” and one where guests told us they “will certainly look forward to returning”. There was one guest who felt the “shower arrangement” could have been improved finding it, “virtually impossible to take a good shower or wash your hair if you're not an acrobat!”

Highly priced for fairly basic accommodation. We decided to have breakfast and were told by the young lady in the breakfast room that our card was not authorised to have breakfast taken from it and she would need the card herself and that we needed to be UP FRONT about having had breakfast which didn't go down very well in the city of our birth!!!!!, This did appear to be the case as the gentleman on reception was quite happy to deal with it on the same card. Our room obviously had not had the carpet vacuumed properly as there was still glitter on the carpet from previous occpants. Security Card device did not work in the lift, which is not very effective security. |
