This hotel, two towers connected by a large contemporary lobby, is in a great location for North Oxford Street with Marble Arch Tube only a few minutes away. So it's particularly good for shopping. There are some nice touches with added extras like Wi-Fi Internet access and ice makers in the corridors thrown in for free; business rooms even come complete with Nespresso coffee machines.

When we arrived the room was not ready until
1800.
The room heading to the street was very loud
and it was hard to get some proper sleep. This
only applies to some rooms.
In the bathroom I found silverfish and hairs from
my predecessor.
The room rate is far too high compared to the
niveau. |

We thought the hotel very expensive for what it was, Breakfast dry and overcoooked I was charged £3.75 for a bottle of water and not advised it was complimentary. We have stayed at the hotel many times and never been charged so much. |
