The “biggest advantage of this hotel is its location”, “ right in Leicester Square, 2 minute walk to theatre land, Trafalgar Square and all links to London attractions”. Popular features mentioned by people staying here were the “proper shampoos” and “TV sound in the bathroom” as well as the “prompt” service and “size of room”. Minor gripes included the “few non-pay TV channels” and that it was “noisy outside” though for somewhere this central a degree of noise is only to be expected.
