“The hotel was well decorated”, “lovely” and “clean”, the location was perfect for shoppers “just five minutes from Oxford Circus” and the “kind and professional people” gave “incredible” service. The one persistent complaint was that the rooms were a bit “London-sized”, or, to put it rather more dramatically, “I opened the door and there was the bed. I felt like I had left a lovely hotel and walked into a tiny room in a Blackpool B&B”.

I stayed in t room 202 , the sash window would do with replacing with a pvc double glazed unit, as it is very drafty and causes the room to be uncomfortably cold. I think this would pay for itself in saved energy expenses.
Otherwise the staff are friendly and helpfull.

Good location, nice staff, decent room, nice free Internet without limitation on devices (I use phone + computer) and no complicated login. Extra bonus of steaming room that I unfortunately never had the time to use and a very good movie selection.
My particular room was right next to a service elevator where cleaning personal fixed their wagons so it was noisy early in the morning -- but apart from that, I had no noise whatsoever from neighbors / traffic. As with any hotels, bring ear plugs just in case. |
