La ubicación es la mejor característica de este hotel. Sal fuera, cruza la calle y estarás en los Jardines de Kensington, uno de los lugares más bellos de Londres, que pronto se une al enorme y verde Hyde Park. Oxford Street está a tan solo un paseo desde el parque, y Notting Hill se encuentra al oeste del hotel. Un edificio elegante y moderno que ofrece unas habitaciones limpias y cómodas (algunas con vistas de azotea), y un ambiente informal en el restaurante y el bar.

The details were appreciated by guests at the Ramada Jarvis, who “really liked the extra long duvets”, “particularly liked the flatscreen TVs” and were “impressed with the complimentary water bottles”. The biggest complaints were with the check-in, which “took too long” and the staff were "slow and not overly helpful or apologetic”.

Badly insulated room (windows), heating not working
properly. Finally, I find it annoying and not very
modern to be charged for wifi in my hotel room (in
this hotel almost GBP 6.-/hour) |

I was delighted with the hotel. I am disabled with rheumatoid arthritis, but I did not want to book a room with disabled facilities, however, I found my room to be very user-friendly and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in.
Breakfast was pricey - I am a vegetarian and there was nothing in the way of vegetarian sausages and the tomotoes were rock hard. I paid £15.50 for two hash browns, a spoonful of beans and some mushrooms, plus a glass of apple juice and half a cup of coffee. That is expensive. Perhaps they could consider catering for those of us who do not eat meat but who like the vegetarian alternatives.
Apart from that gripe, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and I plan on staying there next time I come to London.

Hotel was very clean, corridors would need a bit of
updating but apart from that everything was fine.
Had two great nights sleep, pillows were great and
bed very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, all in
all, enjoyed our stay here |
