Very helpful staff, nice size room, modern shower/tub/whirlepool, great location. We plan to come back when next in London. We spent five nights and had no reason to complain. Breakfast is delicious and staff was willing to serve it even after hours. ![]() |

The hotel front staff are warm and ready to help. The
rooms are small which is ok considering London. The
single bed could be a little larger and the ventilation
could be better. Breakfast is basic but ok for working
people. Location is key as its near shopping and tube
station.
Overall a good business choice in a charming
location... ![]() |

We had a nice room (17) but the parquet floor upstair was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep when people walk....
I think that when we go to the hotel you hope to sleep a little bit without hearing your neighbour, it why we wouldn\'t come back in this hotel ![]() |

The rooms, while small (expected for London) were very clean, well appointed and perfect for our visit. The location is great- close to the tube and walking distance to all the West End nightlife. Hotel staff was very nice during our stay. Best value around. ![]() |
