On our arrival at the hotel the receptionist was so unfriendly he came across rude. He went on to tell us that our room had been upgraded... Result :-) I'd read the reviews and it seems this happens quite often. The room was lovely and the bed amazing.... In fact we had two huge ones! The downside of the upgrade was that it was below the breakfast room and it was quite noisy in the morning though that didn't bother us. The rest of the staff were incredibly helpful too which almost made up for the terribly rude man that greeted us.  |
