“The hotel decor and feel” were largely enjoyed by guests; in spite of occasional complaints about rooms that were “beginning toshow wear” and had “torn sheets”, most guests found it “very modern” and enjoyed the “beautiful foyer”. The Brasserie,Rhodes 1, was considered excellent, as was the breakfast buffet, though there were complaints about the sheer size of the breakfast room which was “like a… station”, and “Too big, like an airport”. Much more popular was the “beautiful and cosy bar”. The “great location” “next to tube and shops” and the “big bed” made this popular with leisure travellers, but business travellers had somecomplaints about the lack of business centre and “bizarre rates” for internet use.

We've stayed several times with you but decided against breakfast, despite the discount voucher offered, as the room is so large that it becomes more canteen like than relaxing. As we weren't on business we decided to go elsewhere.  |

Was very impressed with the hotel's contempory lobby and how helpfull staff where, however the room allocated was clean, but tiny, the double bed was against a wall, therefore i i wished to get up then i had wake my partner up in order to get over him,there was a beside table that was in the walk way of the room, this could potentially be a fire risk and the room was beside the elevators, which kept us awake all night. all in all, i can say for the two days that we stayed with the hotel i did not get much sleep. |
