Customer reviews for The Marylebone Hotel London

Edited summary of customer comments

-- The “fantastic” and “excellent” pool and leisure facilities are a selling feature of this centrally located, “comfortable” hotel. The “good location” is another big advantage of staying here. Being “walking distance to Oxford Street” and “with access to Bond Street Tube a few minutes’ walk away” this is “a hotel for the serious shopper”. It’s also “ideal for all the major attractions, most within walking distance of hotel”. While some of the rooms are “a bit tired” and communal areas can be “shabby in parts”, the price is “reasonable”. Guests enjoy a “first class service at the reception” and “fantastic” room service thanks to staff who “couldn’t do enough for you”. This “friendly and helpful” serviceensures that loyal visitors leave vowing they “will definitely stay there again”. --

Most recent feedback from actual LondonTown.com customers

This is a luxury boutique hotel and has comfort as well as style. The beds are heaven to sleep on, and the staff very friendly and obliging. A short walk of a few minutes to Selfridges, Oxford Street and Harley Street. I love staying here.

Yvonne from Cheltenham, United Kingdom would recommend this hotel to a friend

It fully lived up to our expectations. Expensive, but very central and very nice area with lot of good cafés. Nice and clean room, and very quite area.

Nina from Vedbaek, Denmark would recommend this hotel to a friend

Two problems, I came with the confirmation number but my registration could not be found.Luckily with the help of the receptionists I extracted my full confirmation from my emails. Things then got sorted out, and a bottle provided. Housekeeping were too efficient I put out my own face cloth, it disappeared. Otherwise everything very good.

David from Chelmsford, United Kingdom would recommend this hotel to a friend

This hotel was well located to both Government Centre, Metro and shopping streets. The hotel spaces were very nice, room clean and well equippped and the facilities excellent expecially gym and pool. We would return.

Cathy from Wellington, New Zealand would recommend this hotel to a friend
