All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely furbished, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.  |

Whilst i enjoyed my stay at the hotel i was disappointed o be asked for a £50 security deposit for each room secured from my debit card or £100 for each room if I wanted to pay cash!!! as I had neither I had to negotiate with receptionist and manager to forgo this as I was only there one night I had limited funds with me however had I known that I required this I would have ensured that I had extra funds with me. I have been to other hotels in London but have never been asked for a security deposit!!!! |

If you went to reach a 4 stars standard, you will have to improve sonic isolation between rooms in my opinion. I was not disturbed by the noise for sure, but in the morning you can definitely hear the showers from nearby room for instance. |

The hotel was in the perfect location for the purpose of our visit to York Hall. The hotel staff we fantastic, so helpful we were very impressed weith this. The rooms were well presented and breakfast delightful. I would recommed this hotel in the future and would certainly use it again myself when visiting the area for business or pleasure. |
