The appeal of this hotel is that it is within “easy walking distance of all major attractions” and offers “clean” rooms that are “quiet despite being so near Trafalgar Square”. There are “some tiny rooms” and the “rundown” bathrooms let down an “otherwise very nicely kept hotel” but other guests noted that it is “very good value for money”. The “extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating” reception staff make “check-in painless” and there is a “very friendly atmosphere” throughout the hotel. The food is “yummy”, especially the breakfast which is “cooked to order” and has “a big selection on offer”.

Renovate bathrooms should be considered. Tiles on floor are loose and some are broken, and the shower is switching between hot and cold water all the mine.  |

It is a well-run hotel. Its location is superb. The rooms
are small but adequate. The only drawback was an
unexpected and lengthy failure of the telephone system
that made computer use in bedrooms inoperable. |

Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff and a perfect location for seeing London. Close enough to be just a short walk to the heart of Piccadilly Circus, but just far enough off the main streets to keep you out of the crowd and noise when you want to get away. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. |
