This is as close to Buckingham Palace as you can get. It's also nearby Victoria station which is not quite as glamorous but very convenient. There are three dining/bar areas: the Palace Lounge for afternoon tea with a view over the Royal Mews, the Cavalry Bar for cocktails, or the "unashamedly old-fashioned" Library Restaurant as tipped by Tatler.

Staff pleasant but typical london rooms, stuffed with furniture and no room to swing a cat. Unfortunately they gave us double bed and as i was pressed for time could not change for what we had booked. The bed was on castors so wobbled every time my husband moved. I had earplugs which blocked out the trafic noise but he didnt and so had a sleepless night and had to get up and go home to surrey for some sleep. sadly unsatisfactory although well priced and central. ![]() |

The hotel was wonderful! The staff was exceptional!
I wish I remembered all of their names - Damon,
Alastair, Andrew. I will most certainly return and will
recommend to anyone who asks. The location is
perfect to all of the major landmarks in London. Well
done! ![]() |
