Guests were full of praise for the “great buffet style breakfast”, which one even described as “the best buffet breakfast I have ever had.” Staff were "friendly, welcoming and polite”, with particular praise reserved for the “fantastic support from the Head Concierge” and everyone enjoyed the fact that “in the heart of Piccadilly, everywhere was easily accessible”. Most of the complaints were about the décor and the bathrooms which were “tired”, “dated”, “could do with an update” and even occasionally “grimy”.

Good central location. Had no heating in room but was given an oil filled radiator - would have preferred a room move! Breakfast could have been better  |

Handy location for theatres, beds are comfortable, large choice of pillows. Room heater was noisy but worked well allowing it to be switched off again so not a problem. Selfclosing bathroom door with lightswitch on outside - don't get caught out. |

We stayed in what was suppose to be delux double , my sister and husband stayed in standed double to which i felt was better than the delux our room was not cleaned or towels and bedding changed my husband had to ask for clean towels etc we left our room at 8.30 in morning and returned at 3.45 so they cant say there was not enough time no tea or coffee replenished we also left the sign on door when we left saying please clean room. |
