Fabulous hotel restaurant and staff but didn't get any sleep due to noise. sirens every 10 mins right through the night. Had ear plugs but hotel windows need some further second glazing. Appreiciate it was new years eve and much busier than normal but would have still needed better glazing with normal traffic noise.  |

On arrival I was welcomed to the hotel. it was quick to book in and was informed of the services they had to offer. the room was laid out lovely and warm. would go there again |

The room was fine but the noise was unbearable. There
was children on the floor above running up and down
shouting. I would not expect this kind of behaviour in a
lower rate hotel! I found the service staff to be rude
and not very approachable. However the reception
staff were lovely and very helpful. |
