Recently I stayed at this hotel with my wire. Actually I achieved the target of my HHonor platinum credit card, and received a Reward certificate for a stay at any Hilton hotel, anywhere in the world. I decided to use that for a stay at this expensive hotel. I booked a King Hilton guest room, as per booking confirmation it cost 70,000 HHonors points. On my arrival to the prestigious Mayfair area hotel, the doorman offered parking in front of the hotel itself at the public parking space. Hotel parking charge is £50 a day, he told just pay for couple of hours to the parking meter, hence it's a Saturday, we can park whole Sunday free! We acknowledged his advice and gave him a good tips! We are welcome by very friendly reception staff, quickly done our check in. Our room at fourteenth floor (room number 1421), have a fantastic view of London city. (Hotel got twenty eight floors). Clean and modern room, bathroom with all amenities, comfortable bed etc., made our stay much enjoyable. Because of the ideal location, most of the time we went out to explore the surrounding area, really we missed the hotel's other facilities. We had our breakfast at the Podium restaurant next to the lobby at the hotel, it's one of the best breakfast we ever had! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

This stay was a rare treat, I seldom choose 5-star luxury hotels, and prefer to spend the resulting savings on more important things. But I decided to push the boat a couple of months back in October when I booked 2 nights at this hotel to celebrate the wife’s birthday and all I can say is that it was worth every penny. We stayed in the Mayfair suite, room 1918 and it was magnificent. The décor was sheer luxury, the room and furnishings absolutely spotless and the room had everything provided that you would expect for this price range and all was in good working order. I was particularly impressed with the shower – I can’t remember the last time I had such a powerful and hot shower! The entire staff, from the receptionist to the doorman, were superb and you really felt valued and very well looked after. The hotel is in an amazing location, very short walk to Oxford Street, where we spend the majority of the first day shopping for the wife, and there are plenty of transport links to practically any part of London. Despite its location, the hotel was remarkably quiet and at times you really forget that you were smack-bang in the middle of the city. I highly recommend this Hilton and funds and opportunity permitted, I would not hesitate to book another visit.

our room was lovely with a view over-looking the park. But the bed linen was really poor.It looked as though it needed a good iron, and there was a hole in the duvet cover.we did'nt like having to queue to be seated at breakfast>not really what one would expect in a top London Hotel. It was good being able to leave our luggage all day while we went sight seeing, even though we had checked out of our room.We were staying for a company dinner dance which was good.So a bit of a mixed experience really

Mmmmm a tough one to write as I have had some good stays in days gone by but on this occasion it left a bitter taste have booked a nice room and paid for an upgrade we got got upgraded again to the park lane suite, a great start to our Xmas break but it was not all roses the hotel has certainly lost its mojo, It looks tired and worn out, the staff mainly friendly one of my frustrations in the suite a big balcony so I tried to open the patio door and look out to the magnificent Hyde park but a big sticker said on the door locked for your own security and safety how annoying I have an apartment 52 floors up in Dubai so I found it condescending making me look like a kid and believe me I have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world and this was a first... The final point which really irritated me is when I arrived I asked for valet parking which they didn't do so I had to park my self in my 3 week old car costing £80000 to get to it you have to be a brilliant and careful driver I wasn't told this so bringing the car back I scuffed the new 20inch wheels, I made a complaint to Denny I think the duty manager about lack of warnings just to let others aware, I didn't want discount or recompense, having reported the manager was on the point of being not interested in my remarks, not my fault Guv, here's the email of the car park manager let him know, I couldn't wait to get to our next hotel the fourseasons next door, so sadly Hilton Park lane I will not be back, which if anybody follows my posts I do not really goive negative reviews but on this occasion it is deserved, oh and the internet at 14.99 was taken off my bill I had 27 minutes use and the rest I could not get on line..
