Arrivals:

1. Clients will be met in the arrivals hall or platform with a personalized sign indicating tour operator and/or clients names.
2. We provide full luggage assistance.
3. Clients will have full assistance until they reach the hotel reception desk.
 
Departures:

1. Clients will be met in the hotel reception area at a prearranged time.
2. On arrival at the Airport clients will be dropped off in front terminal buildings, and for clients catching a train they will be taken to the relevant platform.
