Following the success (read queues) of their first restaurant in Fitzrovia, Benito's Hat are springing up all over London bringing their unique brand of Mexican food to venues both central and across the city. As well as serving up the tried and trusted selection of signature freshly made burritos, tacos, salads and soups there are an unusual selection of salsas including tropical pineapple and habanero, fresh salsa fresca, and dried prawns and chipotle. They've even done something about those queues, in-store screens have been installed to ensure speedy service, or you can get your Mexican feast delivered to your door or desk if you're within a mile of the restaurant. Seems Londoners can't get enough of these spiced up fat wraps by Ben Fordham and head chef and partner Felipe Fuentes Cruz. Best washed down with a range of classics cocktails - margaritas and palomas - beer and wine on offer.
