An all-day brasserie inspired by nature, Darwin Brasserie is a modern, stylish restaurant on level 36 of 20 Fenchurch Street with wonderful views to enjoy while eating carpaccio of Scottish beef with truffled mascarpone rocket and parmesan. Overlooking the Thames, the restaurant has stunning a riverside panorama and serves classic European cuisine. Signature dishes include Cornish lamb cutlets and bubble and squeak with Cumberland jelly, and "rhubarb's" croissant-doughnut combination with passion fruit curd and coconut ice-cream. One floor above is the Fenchurch Seafood Bar and Grill which includes a private dining room with space for 18 guests and one floor below on level 35 is the Sky Pod bar, a contemporary space with all-day food including lunch time snacks and charcuterie in the evenings to accompany cocktails at sunset.
