With the success of Benito's Hat in Covent Garden, London has witnessed a mini-explosion of small Mexican eateries, offering city workers the opportunity to sample tasty burritos on their lunch break. Poncho No8 follows a similar formula - customers choose between a burrito (skinny or fajita) and a taco before deciding upon which filling to have. Chicken marinated in chipotle adobo, braised barbacoa beef, slow-cooked Poncho's pork, seasoned steak or the vegetarian option are all available. Top it off with some pico de galle, picante or sour cream and enjoy with some nachos on the side. It really is that simple.
