Tom Sellers, best known for the hugely successful, Michelin starred Restaurant Story, is behind this 120-seat restaurant in Kensington. For his second venture the talented young chef is working with Daniel Phippard, previously at Kensington Place in London then executive chef of Ernik in Moscow, now head chef at Restaurant Ours. Occupying the site where The Collection used to be, the restaurant has a bar and upper mezzanine level, there's a large and dramatic open interior - ceilings are up to 10 metres high - and the space is punctuated by three enormous trees. Diners can expect "experimental European cuisine" according to John O'Ceallaigh, writing in the Daily Telegraph. If stand-out dishes at Restaurant Story are repeated here you'll find edible candles made from dripping to dip your bread into and charcoal mash. Unusual and exquisite.
