Rosa's Spitalfields is where it all began. The first Rosa's Thai Cafe restaurant from husband and wife team, Alex and Saiphin Moore, opened here in June 2008 and began serving authentic, home-cooked, comforting Thai food with a modern twist. Since then Rosa's has expanded across London to include restaurants in Soho, Westfield Stratford, Carnaby and Chelsea. You can't book at this Spitalfields cafe which is perfectly placed between Brick Lane and Spitalfields market, serving venison, soft-shell crab, seasonal curries, spring rolls and - something of a speciality - grilled pork neck with spicy dry chilli sauce and cooled steamed vegetables.
