Husband and wife team Alex and Saiphin Moore have set up a successful chain of Rosa's Thai cafes across London. They started out with a market stall in Brick Lane back in 2006 and now Rosa's Thai Cafe has permanent sites in Spitalfields, Soho, Westfield Stratford, Carnaby, Chelsea, Angel, Victoria and Brixton. This 74 cover restaurant has seasonal dishes like baked seafood red curry (baked and served in a hollowed out Butternut), stir fried mussels, and spicy tomato salad on the menu. Brixton Beers, Thai beer and aromatic loose-leaf teas are some of the drinks on offer and, just at this site, South London artists and long-time Brixton residents Id-iom have created the striking mural which dominates the interior.
