Catering to vegans who are craving something naughty, Temple of Seitan serves a menu of plant-based junk food. Fried 'chick'n' - made using a blend of herbs, spices and tofu - is the headline act, served as two piece meals and popcorn as well as in a wrap and burgers, which see the fillets tucked inside a bun alongside ranch mayo, jalapeņos and sriracha.
