Hidden in the basement of James Cochran's restaurant in EC3, this subterranean parlour is the fifth instalment of the much-loved bring your own cocktail collection. B.Y.O.C. is famed for being the bar where you bring the hard stuff - vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whisky or whatever your tipple. Expert mixologists then create cocktails using the (unbroken bottle of) booze you've brought along. After getting to know your personal mixologist for the night, they'll create a cocktail perfectly matching your mood and your stash of alcohol, all presented in beautiful chilled glassware.
