Putting a different spin on hipster minimalism, Behind This Wall replaces Edison bulbs and copper touches with white walls and wooden stalls. There is, however, a strong focus on vinyl and a menu of experimental cocktails and craft beers, making it popular with east London locals. For snacks choose from oysters (£1 each during happy hour), jamon Iberico and Hawaiian poke bowls. Find it by looking for the BAR lightbox next to hip coffee shop Palm Vaults then follow the strip-light downstairs.
