Opened in 2017, Five Miles is the first-ever craft beer nightclub. Founded by Mark Hislop, who has worked for Brewdog and Redchurch, Deano Jo, Mark Schaffer and Luke Smith, the pioneering venue is a bar, club, restaurant and brewery in one. Filling a gap in the market for late-night, quality beer, it remains open until 4am at the weekend and has 18 taps of IPA, lager, pilsner, ale and stout that's all been brewed on site. A Ł50,000 state-of-the-art sound system has been shipped in from Vienna and the venue as a whole cost Ł300,000, proof that the founders what to ensure it's a slick operation. With 26 recording studios located around the venue, it's a welcome addition to the area and the perfect place for these creatives to enjoy a night of good music and beer. During the day, Middle Eastern kitchen Torshi serve brunch and dinner.
