With a penchant for tradition and an eye for progression, the George & Vulture prides itself on the quality measure of its humble Hoxton establishment. The tallest pub in London - since 1870 - grandeur runs through its veins like the beer from its taps. It has seen the changing face of the East, but sticks to what it does best: beers, fine whisky and sour dough pizza. They also show major sporting matches live on a projector screen, so you get a decent view no matter where you sit or stand.
