Visitor Information
The Halfway House apparently took its name due to being located half-way between Richmond and Putney. Dating back to the 19th century, the current building has existed since 1938. It was briefly closed in 1995 but reopened as a pub dedicated to cask ale. The pub was refurbished in 2005 and visitors can now enjoy a relaxed feel and regular live music to match the traditional atmosphere.
