With pastel pink and marble touches, beetroot, turmeric and matcha lattes, palm trees, and a retro pin board menu, it's like Palm Vaults has been created with Instagram in mind. The funky new coffee shop on Mare Street serves coffee with a choice of dairy free milks and a largely plant-based food menu, with seasonal breakfast dishes such as avocado on toast -obviously - toasties, handmade cakes and pastries.
