Award-winning chef Claude Compton, together with Jim Morris and George McCabe - the team behind critically acclaimed neighbourhood restaurant Claude's Kitchen - have created their perfect local in The Tommy Tucker. The trio, who also own champagne bar, Amuse Bouche, bring a playful approach to the pub - 'Tommy Tucker', as any true Londoner knows, is cockney rhyming slang for 'supper'. And supper will be served, along with lunch and bar food, by Claude who left Michelin- ?starred Petersham Nurseries to launch his award-winning street food van Green Goat before setting up his first restaurant, Claude's Kitchen, and all before he turned 30. The menu at the 80 cover site reflects the deliciously colourful dishes he is renowned for, bridging flavoursome street food with the quality and elegance of Claude's Michelin kitchen experience. An adventurous wine, beer and spirits list includes home-infused gins and bourbons and experimental takes on pub classics like the Bloody Mary.
