Visitor Information
Black truffles and posh burgers are primarily what Sackville's is all about. The Mayfair grill and bar is run by chef Wayne Dixon, former senior sous chef of Gordon Ramsay's Maze Grill, and gives diners five gourmet burgers to choose from. George's Black Burger, a Wagyu patty on a dark truffle brioche bun, buttered with foie gras mousse and served with a truffle mayonnaise sounds particularly rich and delicious. But there are also non-burger dishes like poussin baked with truffle oil, and spaghetti with ox tongue, boar shavings and truffle dust. Sides include truffle mac and cheese, truffle mash and wilted kale with butter dressing. Expert mixologist Monica Berg, formerly at Jason Atherton's Pollen Street Social is responsible for the signature cocktails and spirits served in the basement bar, its interior inspired by its previous tailor-shop occupants.
