A Michelin starred restaurant in Richmond, The Dysart Petersham has recently undergone a complete interior refurbishment, bringing back to life as many of the original Arts and Crafts elements of the building as possible to set a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. Menus change daily, freshly cooked to order by Irish chef Kenneth Culhane and his team, emphasising freshness, the seasons, well balanced flavours, ethical sourcing and country values. With its own garden and working with a forager, mains of Longhorn beef, Yorkshire grouse and Wiltshire hogget are supplemented by local Petersham grown produce.
