This excellent, friendly restaurant in Soho offers examples of Chinese cooking from all the various regions, from Tibet to Szechuan. The expertise with which these very different cooking styles are all used on one menu is highly unusual. The menu changes seasonally but the best options are the more substantial meat dishes such as garlic lamb or Peking duck. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and quiet, and the service is both friendly and helpful.
