There is a Lily behind Lily Vanilli but her name's not Lily Vanilli. Lily Jones is the cake baker behind floral, tiered confections for Elton John, Lulu Guinness and 10 Downing Street . She's release several cookbooks including Bake for Syria and set up the Young British Foodie Awards, celebrating up-and-coming names in UK food and drink, with two friends. On Instagram - where she has 69.1k followers - you can salivate over her beautiful pictures of delicious looking sticky toffee puddings. Even if you can't eat wheat or dairy there's a cake for you. The Evening Standard says, "she is one of the few bakers who can also make flourless cakes taste exceptionally good - gluten-free cynics should try her little vegan beetroot cakes to believe it."
