With Frame founders Pip Black and Joan Murphy set out to create a fun approach to fitness. What started out as a Shoreditch thing has expanded to four Frame sites across London - in Shoreditch , Queen's Park , King's Cross and Victoria. The drop-in, pay-as-you-go Frame Card model means that anyone can rock up at a time that suits them and find a class - from yoga and Pilates to barre and '80s aerobics - they like. Frame i n King's Cross has three studios: fitness (complete with punch bags and kettlebells), yoga and barre (with big windows overlooking a beautiful garden) and a Pilates studio (with 10 reformer machines). Changing rooms are equipped with power showers, hair dryers, straighteners, shampoo, conditioner and body wash so you can go from studio to the street. Replenish at the Fuel cafe where a nutritious fuss-free menu includes protein-packed pancakes and nutrient-dense protein bowls, super-shakes and Caravan coffee.
