Want to work up a sweat without even trying? Ever fancied doing yoga in sauna-like temperatures? Bikram yoga is exactly what you're looking for. Performed in a heated room with temperatures raised to approximately 105°F (40°C), the excessive heat warms up your body allowing you to stretch into the postures (asanas) in a safer environment. If you're new to Bikram they do a 10 consecutive days trail for £10 which is a great way to work out whether you'll be a convert or not. Yoga mats are provided but do should take a large bottle of water and a towel with you - they'll provide them if you forget.
