Very good - comfortable, clean and good position at a very reasonable price. Good breakfast too, but most important of all - all the staff were superb - polite, friendly and obliging. We would be happy to stay again. |

I was a lone woman traveler and felt very comfortable staying in this hotel. I'm not
familiar with door key cards but got friendly help from a passing cleaner. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast (included in the price) was generous and with plenty of choice.

My granddaughter and I were delighted with the HI.
Service was fabulous; staff was very hospitable. The
next time we are in London we will definitely stay at the
