To be honest a Holiday Inn is a Holiday Inn. Same room,
same layout but its the staff which always make the
difference. They were excellent! Very friendly, engaging,
welcoming and did everything they could to make my
stay enjoyable. The noise was a bit of a pain, but you\'re
in London so what do you expect. All in all - good! |

Very helpful and nice staff. The car is way to small
for the hotel, but they allowed guests to park in
restricted areas and yellow lines as long as it did
not block anyone, which was a sensible approach.
The "home" delivery worked very well |
